Truth-powered patient growth
Alvero Reach is a marketing engine for dental practices, built the other way round from the usual one. The measurement comes first. The campaigns are downstream of it, and so is the invoice.
The problem
Ask a dental marketing agency which of last month's spend produced a patient who sat in a chair, and the honest answer is usually that nobody knows. What comes back is impressions, clicks, form fills and calls. None of those is a patient.
The gap is structural rather than dishonest. The ad platform knows about the click. The practice management system knows about the appointment. Almost nowhere are the two joined, so the number everybody reports is the one that is easy to get rather than the one that decides anything.
That gap is the whole product. Everything else here exists to make the join possible and then to act on what it says.
The standard
If a claim cannot be re-checked on demand, it does not go out. That applies to the marketing we publish for you and to the results we report back.
What it runs
Rank monitoring, technical audits, internal linking, on-page work and the pages a site is missing, drafted and maintained rather than delivered once.
Patients increasingly ask a model instead of a search box. This watches what those engines say about a practice and writes for how they read.
Paid search and paid social, with kill rules on spend that is not working and a daily check that campaigns still point somewhere that exists.
Comments and direct messages on social answered quickly, inside the same compliance rules as everything else, and escalated to a person when they should be.
The call is where most dental marketing is actually lost. This reviews what happened on them and shows where a booking was available and did not get made.
The patients already in the chart who have not been in for two years, and the treatment somebody agreed to and never booked. Run as a channel, not as a favour.
How it measures
Spend and campaign data on one side, the practice management system's own record of who booked and who attended on the other, matched against each other. That match is the number worth having, and it is the one most reporting quietly skips.
Where a patient came from is recorded at the moment the appointment is made rather than reconstructed weeks later from a tracking parameter that did not survive the journey.
When a channel produced nothing, the report says nothing. A measurement system that cannot return a bad number is not a measurement system, and every engine that flatters itself was built by someone who understood that.
Inputs, prompts, model versions and outputs are logged for anything automated, so any published word can be traced back to what produced it and when.
The rules
Every automatically published word passes a compliance check first, against the college rules that govern dental advertising, Canadian anti-spam law and privacy law. There is no developer bypass, including in testing.
A verifiable count is publishable. Superiority language is not, in any channel, including image alt text and structured data. That protects the registration of the dentist whose name is on the page before it protects anything else.
Pages, content, schema, tracking configuration and the data behind the reporting belong to the practice, in a usable format, including on the day a practice decides to leave.
Alvero Reach is a separate company from the dental practices it works with, and from Alvero, the practice management software. Neither is a condition of the other.
Where it is
Reach is in production across a small group of practices that the people building it also own. It is not generally available and there is no self-serve sign-up.
Running it on our own spend first is the only arrangement where a bad number costs us something. It is also why the lanes above are described by what they do rather than by results we would rather not have to caveat.
Who it is for
Practice owners who already spend on marketing, cannot say what it produced, and would rather have a defensible number than a prettier dashboard.
